Co-Ownership are looking for an exceptional individual with experience of delivering strategic change, who is willing to dedicate time and energy to our organisation, and share our passion to make the changes we want to see in homeownership by assisting those we serve.
Co-Ownership requires someone with a specific, professional knowledge of how to effect and manage a transformation in organisational culture and a working knowledge of private finance; and public sector lobbying and advocacy.
Skills and Competencies.
You will be able provide expertise that assists the board in establishing the best strategies for the management of Co-Ownership’s people.
Your board level input on strategic change will include helping manage the delivery of Co-Ownership’s transformation from paper-based service provision to digital service provision.
Your excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills will allow you to constructively perform the challenge function needed for a healthy board, and to lend support to your board colleagues and the executive team when needed.

Minimum Candidate Requirements
A track record of successful organisational development and/or change management in a substantial company, charity or public sector body, including digital transformation. You will also have contributed successfully to decision-making as a member of other boards or committees in any sector and have experience in managing partnerships, analogous to Co-Ownership’s requirements to work with lenders, developers, estate agents and others.
