Who we are:

CILNI is an organisation made up of 40+ staff, supporting disabled people in their independent living choices and in particular provides a range of services for people using or considering using Direct Payment Payments / Self Directed Support. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities across Northern Ireland. Our organisation is built on the belief that everyone has the right to live independently, make their own choices, and fully participate in society.

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic leader with a strong background in policy and operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing and delivering services, with a proven ability to align operations with the organisation’s mission. A passion for empowering disabled people and advancing independent living is essential, along with a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to fostering innovation and operational excellence.
