Engage Executive Talent provided Ballyhackamore Credit Union with an excellent service in the recruitment of an appropriately qualified and experienced member for its management board. As a small charitable community organisation we have found it difficult to recruit trustees, C03 were recommended to us by Jo Murphy, CEO of Lighthouse Charity- a former Chair of New Lodge Duncairn Community Health Partnership. Craft NI worked with C03 to recruit both an interim and permanent Director for the organisation in 2018/19. C03 took the time to really understand our organisation and the sector, as well as what we needed for this particular stage in our strategic development.
