Who we are:

CO3 is made up of the charity Chief Officers 3^rd Sector and CO3 Enterprises, its trading subsidiary best known for its recruitment brand, Engage Executive Talent.  That brand was launched in September 2019 and has rapidly become the number one provider of executive recruitment services to the non-profit sector in Northern Ireland.

What we do:

Focusing on non-profit clients, we deliver high quality search and selection processes to recruit Chief Executives, senior managers, board members and interim executives.  In addition we administer a panel of trusted consultants who have been trained and vetted to provide specialist consultancy that is affordable to the charity sector.  We are also developing our analysis and research capabilities to better serve Northern Ireland’s third sector with the data and information it needs on jobs’ terms and conditions and salary and benefits benchmarking.   Our objective to increase the range and quality of our specialist services to non-profits across Northern Ireland has been recognised by The National Lottery Community Fund who administer the Dormant Accounts Fund NI, and we are delighted to acknowledge their support for the creation of this permanent role.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for some-one with a business head and social heart, comfortable with working in the high energy environment of an organisation which is still in its first, exciting phase of growth.  Attitude and commitment will be prized really highly in the selection process.
