Who we are: Prosper is an exciting new Consortium providing intensive wrap-around support for economically inactive people including those with disabilities, neurodiversity, autism, and/or mental health issues to move towards sustained employment. It is made up of Triangle Housing Association, Stepping Stones, Compass Advocacy Network, Access Employment Ltd and the Appleby Trust.

What we do: Prosper provides support for neurodivergent jobseekers and others experiencing barriers to enter or re-enter the world of work. We employ specialists in Systematic Instruction that involves teaching specific concepts or procedures in a highly structured and carefully sequenced manner for the benefit our participants. The service seeks to establish and support individuals’ active inclusion within employment environments and in so doing promote their equal opportunities and through active participation improve their employability. Ensuring diversity within the workforce is an issue that our Supported Employment Service can assist employers with.

What we’re looking for: Prosper has formed a Project Board comprising one senior executive member from each consortium organisation and we are looking for a confident, collaborative Independent Chair to help lead our quarterly board meetings and discussions, dedicated to realising the impact our consortium can make on the lives of those we help.
