Who we are: Specialisterne NI is a not-for-private-profit community interest company. As part of the international Specialisterne network, we partner with leading employers internationally to work towards the goal of one million careers for autistic people and people with other neurodivergent conditions.

What we do: We are committed to creating practical solutions to the high unemployment levels of people who are autistic or who are otherwise neurodivergent. We apply recruitment, neurodiversity and business sector knowledge to join up the dots and create a picture where neurodivergent people bring a different perspective to business.

What we’re looking for: An individual who thrives on a challenge, who sees opportunity in difference, and who believes in the transformative power of neurodiversity inclusion.
