Who we are: Ulster University Students’ Union (UUSU) is the representative body for more than 26,000 full-time and part-time students studying across Ulster University’s campuses. Established in 1984, UUSU is a not-for-profit registered charity and membership organisation, operating as an independent, student-led organisation within Ulster University.

What we do: UUSU exists to represent, support and connect students, ensuring that their voices are heard and that they have opportunities to shape their university experience. As a democratic organisation, students play an active role in setting priorities and influencing decision-making through elected Officers, Student Council, academic representatives, societies and networks.

Who we’re looking for: We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to strong governance and who can contribute expertise in areas such as governance, compliance, risk and business continuity, while helping us make a meaningful difference to students’ lives.
